Terms of service
Versus is operated by Light2 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using this website or the Versus service (“Versus”), you agree to these terms. If you are using Versus on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Acceptable Use
- Use Versus only for lawful business purposes.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Don't use Versus to access systems or data you're not authorized to access.
- Respect third‑party rights and applicable laws when using competitive intelligence outputs.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- All prices are listed in GBP (£). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.
- Taxes (including VAT) may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details—see the Privacy section below.
Refunds
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@versusterminal.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Price Changes
We may change pricing from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your account. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, including the acceptable use rules above.
- You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing legal@versusterminal.com.
- On termination, your right to use Versus ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
IP, Disclaimers, Liability
- We own Versus and its underlying software; you own your content.
- Versus provides analysis based on publicly available information and automated processing; we don't guarantee accuracy or completeness.
- Versus is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law applies.
